Flirt4Free is an English-language live cam site with girls, guys and trans performers, built around public chat that opens after a free signup and paid shows that run on credits. The site's own wording for the free tier is "Unlimited Free Chat", described as chatting with models "without time limits". Reaching it takes a free account, not a payment, and the same signup comes with a welcome offer of 120 free credits, as the pages read in October 2026. Almost everything beyond public chat is metered: private shows, party and group shows, direct messages, videos and the interactive features. The footer says the site is brought to you by VS Media, Inc., Westlake Village, CA, United States.

What loads and what a free visitor gets

In October 2026 the front page loaded 30 third-party domains, with ExoClick and Google Ads named among the ad networks. The domains included exoclick.com, doubleclick.net, google-analytics.com, googletagmanager.com, clarity.ms, bing.com, lovense-api.com and iesnare.com, alongside vs3.com, vs4.com and vscdns.com. The page made 213 requests, raised no security warning and did not send the visitor off-site on load.

An entry page comes first, with buttons for Cam Girls, Gay Cams and Trans Cams and an "I'M OVER 18" confirmation. By entering, the visitor is told they "acknowledge and affirm under oath" being 18 or older, and the terms behind it are a sworn declaration under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1746. A cookie notice says cookies are used "to optimize your experience, analyze traffic, and deliver more personalized service".

The free account is the real threshold. The signup asks for a username, a password and an email address, offers suggested usernames, and has the member confirm they are 18 or older and agree to the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and emails. VIP is also the key to hour-long feature shows and daily free videos, but the pages give 2 figures for those, "Free 150 Daily Videos Available for 7 Days" in one place and "200 Free Videos Per Day" in another. Welcome Day performers offer VIPs a free 5 minute show, after which billing resumes at 50cpm. A show-offer form lets a member propose a price from 10 cpm to 200 cpm, an abbreviation the pages do not spell out. Deal codes on a separate page give bonus minutes with individual performers after a stated time in their shows.

Who runs it and the rules

The footer names VS Media, Inc. and, on the same line, FBP Media s.r.o. of Prague, Czech Republic. It does not state how the two relate, and its copyright line reads 1996 - 2026 VS3.COM, VS Media, Inc. Links in the footer cover the 18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement, Privacy Policy, California Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, Content Complaints, Terms & Conditions and a DO NOT SELL MY INFORMATION notice. The site's copyright page asks anyone who believes material infringes their copyright to give VS Media Inc. proper notice; the pages give no removal timeline.

The privacy policy says personal data is held behind firewalls and encrypted, tells members to take care in public live chats which any visitor can view, and admits that transmission over the internet "is not completely secure". Members can review their data in the account profile or ask the privacy contact to access, correct or delete it, with one caveat: personal information cannot be deleted without deleting the account. The page also points to state and EEA/UK privacy rights.

Payment is handled in a purchase flow with an age-verification step and a date-of-birth field. Cards, Bitcoin and mail are offered, and the mail option names money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks, never cash. The site publishes a 24-hour support promise and an issue-report form that takes image or PDF attachments.
